Access: The church is kept open as often as possible. For access when closed contact the churchwarden or deputy churchwardens who will help if available.

Location: This Grade 11* listed medieval church is at Church Hill and is sited within a Conservation Area in a dominant position on the escarpment of the Chilterns, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). It is on the Upper Icknield Way and linked to many footpaths and unique geological, ecological and cultural features. It has historic links with Chequers Court, the country home of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

Churchyards: There are three churchyards one is in current use. The two churchyards close to the church building that are closed for new internments are maintained by Ellesborough Parish Council. The churchyards are designated as a Local Wildlife Site under Local Plan Policy and managed to protect and encourage plant and habitatwildlife.
